Q: Is there really no monthly fee?
A: Absolutely! We only make money when you make money. 10% commission per sale, nothing else.
Q: When do I get paid after a sale?
A: After delivery confirmation, funds go to your wallet (minus 10% commission). When you request a payout, funds must first clear in our account (1-3 days), then we transfer to your bank (2-3 days). Total: 5-7 business days from payout request.
Q: Can I cancel my account anytime?
A: Yes, accounts can be deactivated at any time with no penalties. Simply request account closure via support.
Q: Are there volume discounts for high-volume sellers?
A: Currently all sellers pay 10%. We may introduce volume pricing in the future - stay tuned!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We use PayFast which accepts all major credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, and more payment options.
Q: Is there a minimum payout amount?
A: No minimum! Request payouts for any amount, though we recommend waiting until R500+ to minimize processing frequency.
